When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in sustainability over everything. Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 30- day challenges, 90-day transformations", but when you finish that...what's next? Another 12-week program? When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own so you can understand how to eat a balanced diet that you enjoy while still getting results. I teach you how to incorporate a workout routine into your current lifestyle the most simple way possible so that you can set realistic goals and maintain your results long term.

My Experience

I started my career as an in-person Personal Trainer with Crunch Fitness at Crunch Evansville. After an exceptional performance with client results and an impressive influx of 30 clients, I got promoted to Personal Training Director and managed a Crunch Fitness in Louisville, KY. I've worked with a wide range of in-person clientele: clients ranging from 18 to 80 years old, beginner to advanced, living with chronic conditions such as arthritis and osteoporosis, Transgender men and women undergoing their transition, fighting cancer, diabetes and kidney disease.. Training such a diverse clientele ignited a fire in me: to take anyone, no matter from what walk of life, and prove to them you can achieve your goals right now by implementing simple habits in your current lifestyle. You just have to kill whatever excuse is in your way.

My Philosophies

You ever notice when you sit too long, your back pain gets worse? Or when you go to the chiropractor for your low back but you don’t work out, so you just have to keep going back? That’s because our bodies are meant to move. You only have one body to carry you through this one lifetime, and how you treat it will determine your quality of life. People fear strength training out of “getting too big” or “looking manly”, but the reality is strength training is the key to life. The fountain of youth. It’s how you can be 80 years old and be able to sit down, get back up and walk around without support. It’s how you can bulletproof your low back so you can stop going to the chiropractor every week and break your never-ending cycle of sciatica. It’s how you can get off your blood pressure and back pain medication, and regulate your blood sugar. It’s how you can increase your bone density and reduce your knee arthritis so you can keep up with your grandkids. It's how you can outpace a doctor’s diagnosis, because a diagnosis is not the end– as long as you are able to move, YOU are still in control of your body and YOU have the power to change the entire quality of your life.
